By being both a Recording and Production Studio as well as a Record Label and digital market developer, Emporium Music is in a better position than its independent competitors to access and develop the best up and coming talent in music today, without having the exorbitant costs associated with the production, release and distribution of the physical product.
Emporium Music is highly innovational in its approach to marketing its catalogue, drawing on all forms of media to heighten awareness of its artists and build its brand. Through exposure and cross promotion via free to air, government and subscription television, online media, live events, radio and the more lateral arenas of film, DVD and gaming; Emporium Music will penetrate the market on all possible levels not only with individually fostered artists and groups but through a carefully selected pool of writers and lyrical talented, used purely for publishing purposes.
When appropriate we also draw on our relationships with major affiliates and our partner networks in the Australian and International market to further enhance its repertoire and expand its market share. Emporium Music operates independently of and is not reliant large affiliates to achieve its goals for release and distribution. This places the label will be in a unique position with regard to the retention and protection of certain interests in the way deals are negotiated and artists are on sold, especially in reference to territory release and album deals.
