AUGUST 2006 – ERIKS SAYS THANKS

“Working for nearly four years recording, playing out and touring has led to some incredible opportunities. Aside from with playing with a number world class musicians, I was introduced to Yuya Joseph. We hit it off on a personal note then vibed on some new material at my recording session. When we left, he mentioned that he worked with a label in Australia. He took my CD right to them and within a week emporiummusic offered me a digital distribution deal that was probably the fairest in the industry today. It was seamless and professionally taken care of. Within a few months of them pumping my material online. Since then everything has been taking off. The crew at emporiummusic & Emporium work so bloody hard and they’re incredibly talented and supportive. I have a number of friends signed to majors in Canada and they don’t get half the love that Blue Pie has shown me. For this, I am eternally grateful. Thanks guys."
